Step-by-Step Guide to Making Matcha Latte

Ingredients:


2-3g Zenritual Matcha Powder


80g Warm Water (about 80°C/175°F)


100ml Fresh Milk


50ml Light Whipping Cream


Ice Cubes


Extra matcha powder for dusting


Instructions:


Prepare the Thin Matcha (Usucha): Sift 2-3g of matcha powder into a bowl. Add 80g of warm water. Using a bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk vigorously in a "W" or "M" motion until frothy and well-combined.


Whip the Cream: In a separate chilled bowl, pour 50ml of light whipping cream and whisk until it reaches a soft, pourable consistency.


Assemble the Drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in 100ml of fresh milk, followed by the prepared thin matcha. Gently top with the whipped cream. For a final touch, lightly dust the top with a little matcha powder.


Enjoy Immediately: Stir gently before drinking and savor your delicious homemade creation!
