50ml (about 3.5 tbsp) Milk
4g (about 1 tsp) Matcha Powder
Whisk until smooth!
Add 100ml (about 7 tbsp) Heavy Cream + 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Whip to a thick, pourable consistency! āļø
Step 2: Build the Drink
Fill a glass with ice.
120ml (1/2 cup) Coconut Water
60ml (2 oz / 1 double shot) Espresso, poured slowly over ice.
